TitanEd as a Data Processor

Operating as a data processor, TitanEd facilitates platform functionality and ensures that our services run securely and efficiently. We process data strictly based on clients’ instructions and only as necessary to provide our services. We do not use, modify, or extract personal data beyond the scope required for maintenance, troubleshooting, backups, and performance enhancements.

Limited Data Access

TitanEd enforces stringent access controls to protect client data. We do not have direct access to learner personal data except when required for security monitoring, system performance optimization, troubleshooting, or infrastructure upgrades. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only and follows rigorous security protocols to prevent unauthorized viewing or misuse of data.
