Purpose

Regunite Software (OPC) Private Limited, operating its EdTech services under the TitanEd brand, is committed to responsible, ethical, and sustainable business practices. 

As a digital services and learning technology company, our sustainability approach is proportionate to our size, sector, and operating model. Our commitments cover environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and sustainable economic participation, in line with the broad principles reflected in the United Nations Sustainable Procurement Framework. 

This statement outlines our commitment to operating responsibly while supporting clients through secure, maintainable, and inclusive digital learning solutions. 

Environmental Commitment

Regunite Software / TitanEd is committed to reducing avoidable environmental impact through practical operating measures, including: 

• digital-first and paper-light documentation; 
• remote collaboration and virtual meetings where practical; 
• online delivery of training, support, documentation, and knowledge transfer; 
• responsible use of cloud infrastructure, with resources sized to project requirements and scaled based on approved usage needs; 
• efficient use of electricity, electronic devices, office equipment, and consumables; 
• responsible use, reuse, repair, and disposal of electronic equipment where applicable; 
• reduced unnecessary travel through online project delivery and remote support. 

As a software and EdTech services company, Regunite Software / TitanEd does not operate manufacturing facilities and does not generate significant industrial emissions, hazardous waste, or direct environmental pollution as part of its normal business activities. 

Social Commitment

Regunite Software / TitanEd is committed to ethical, respectful, and inclusive business conduct. Our social commitments include:

Regunite Software / TitanEd is registered as an MSME micro enterprise in India and contributes to sustainable economic participation through responsible small-business operations, employment, vendor engagement, and digital service delivery. 

Our economic and supply chain commitments include: 

• transparent and ethical commercial practices; 
• responsible engagement with vendors, contractors, and service providers; 
• preference for legitimate and reliable technology providers with established security and compliance practices; 
• consideration of total cost of ownership, maintainability, and long-term sustainability in technology solutions; 
• support for open-source platforms where appropriate, reducing vendor lock-in and improving long-term client control; 
• responsible use of cloud, software, and third-party services in line with project requirements and client approvals. 

Commitment to Education and Capacity Building 

Through TitanEd, Regunite Software supports organizations that use digital learning to improve access to education, professional development, public-sector capacity building, and workforce capability. 

Our work includes implementation and support of learning platforms, multilingual learning environments, mobile-accessible education, analytics-enabled learning management, and capacity-building systems for diverse learner groups. 

This business focus aligns with broader sustainability goals by supporting knowledge access, institutional capacity, skills development, and inclusive learning delivery. 

Governance and Continuous Improvement 

Regunite Software / TitanEd does not currently publish a standalone sustainability report and is not currently a UN Global Compact participant. However, the company remains committed to improving its sustainability practices as it grows. 

We will continue to strengthen our internal practices in the following areas: 

• responsible procurement; 
• efficient cloud infrastructure planning; 
• ethical labour and contractor engagement; 
• inclusive workplace practices; 
• digital-first operations; 
• reduced avoidable waste; 
• support for education and capacity-building initiatives.
